The Public Sector Banks are now seeing faster pick up in retail credit inquiries than their Private Counterparts on quicker reopening of branch network as per a report from CIC (Credit Information Company).
In-spite of the inroads done by digital alternatives, branch offices continue to play an important role as per report.
However, Private Sector Banks are preferred by Public for their quick disposal and early redressal of issues related to Loans and hence they look forward for the Private Banks for catering to their loan requirements. It is also important to note that Technology Private Sector Banks are more advanced and well equipped.
