- Relax your mind and sit cross-legged.
- Start breathing normally and focus on it, rather than your thoughts
- After 15 sec, start inhaling from nose to full capacity and hold it.
- Exhale it after few seconds.
- Your stomach should expand and contract in sync with inhaling and exhaling.
